In May 2017 William Komer purchased and gave re-birth to the Villa Cornelia Restaurant under the guidance of consultant Chef Joan Brennan, a long-time client of William's marketing firm, Campus Creative. Upon retirement Chef Brennan passed the Elite Catering legacy on to Villa Cornelia, ensuring that clients' every culinary desire continues to be met not only in the work of Elite Catering but also in the dining rooms every day at the Villa Cornelia Restaurant. Infusing the Taste and Tradition of the Villa Cornelia Restaurant, Elite Catering today focusses on providing everyday elegance, whatever the occasion, business functions to life's many milestones.
